A mix of different sized breakout groups will ensure that the party stays engaging and fun. We’ll make sure that you feel like you’re together as a group and still get those personal connections that make parties a bonding experience.

A variety of activities that last 5–20 minutes will keep everyone tuned in. From the company party kick-off and holiday message from your Leaders, to medium sized groups doing low stress holiday themed improv activities, to small “mix n mingle” breakouts, every moment can be special!

What makes this party different is the incorporation of improv. Our party hosts (adorned with reindeer horns and using a consistent virtual background) are all professional improvisers. We facilitate the learning of new skills in a fun way. Your team will be gaining abilities in listening, thinking on their feet, and co-creation — all while laughing and bonding. We’d love to wrap the party with a performance from your improv hosts that incorporates all the elements of the breakout rooms and even gives a chance for a few of your team to take the spotlight!
